Your voice is always trying to keep you safe. Having faced her own seemingly impossible vocal struggles as a young opera singer, Margaret understands this journey deeply.
Her teaching blends classical vocal technique, modern voice science, sound healing, and Somatic Voicework™ – The Lovetri Method, with a strong focus on body-mind integration and emotional awareness. She helps students learn how to listen to what their voice is communicating, and retrain it from the inside out — not through force, but through safety, clarity, and trust.
Margaret specializes in working with children and adults (ages 8 and up), across all levels and styles including musical theater, pop/rock, jazz, blues, and opera. Her philosophy is simple: singing shouldn’t hurt or feel frustrating. It should feel like you. And when your inner world feels supported and safe, your voice can finally flow with freedom and power.
